Rivan Studio: Terms of Service

These terms cover the brand-video service of Rivan Studio (Aksel Jakobsen Rivan, ENK, org. no. 937 616 716, Leitevegen 16A, 5357 Fjell, Norway). Contact: partnerships@rivanstudio.com.

1. What you get: a short vertical video (10 to 20 seconds) made with AI, with a fictional character or with the product only. The video is marked "AI-generated" and, when it is advertising, "Ad" or "Reklame" from the start. These marks stay in the video.

2. How it works: you send a product link or 2 to 3 product photos and tell us where the ad will run. You get the idea and the first frame the same working day. The finished video follows within 48 hours after you approve the idea.

3. No claims of use: a character never says or shows that it has used, tested or recommends your product from experience. Product claims are yours, and you must be able to document them.

3b. You are the advertiser: when you publish the video, you are responsible for marking it as advertising ("Reklame" / "Ad") where it runs and for any claims about your product. We deliver it with these marks already in the video.

3c. Rights: AI-generated video may not be protected by copyright, so we cannot promise exclusive copyright in it. We do not sell or reuse your video, your product photos or your brand for anyone else.

4. Your material: you confirm that you have the right to the photos, logos and texts you send, and that we may run them through the AI tools named in our privacy policy.

5. Use: you may use the video in organic and paid social media for 3 months from delivery, and you may cut and subtitle it. Longer use, TV, outdoor and resale need a separate agreement. The video comes without music.

6. Price and payment: prices as shown on rivanstudio.com when you order. Invoice from Rivan Studio after delivery, due in 14 days. No VAT is added while Rivan Studio is not VAT registered. If you don't approve the first frame, there is nothing to pay.

7. Changes: one round of small changes is included after delivery.

8. No reach promise: you buy the video, not our followers or views.

9. Liability: we fix or redo a video that doesn't match the approved first frame. Our total liability is limited to the price you paid for that video.

10. Law: Norwegian law applies, and disputes go to Bergen District Court (Bergen tingrett).

Rivan Studio Publisher: our internal publishing tool is used only by Rivan Studio to post its own videos to accounts it owns, and is not offered to the public. Its use follows the terms of each platform it connects to (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Every video posted is marked "AI-generated" on screen and, where the platform supports it, also carries the platform's own AI label. The tool is provided as is.
